I'll be honest. Roto-Rooter was not my first choice when it came to services. Being a large business I thought "It's probably gonna be too expensive" and "they'll probably overcharge me for little service." I was very wrong. They've worked with me in so many ways, I can't express how grateful I am for them. The prices were higher than I'd like, but with every thing that was done they were constantly working with me and making sure I knew what was happening.
