Water leak - No Solution - Keep on Charging with no fix - Expensive We had water leak near washing machine room. They came and could not find the source. Keep on charging and no fix. Interesting!!! $293/per hour but no fix. We keep on calling them. No respond. Technician suppose to come between 12-2PM. He came around 7PM with no call We have lot of holes in wall and mess but no fix. They charged $600 but no solution. I would recommend not to do business with these guys. I dont want you to suffer for 4 days.
I called today from work to set up an urgent same day appointment for my toilet in my upstairs in-law unit. I thought there might be a same-day appointment fee, but I was happily wrong. Anyways, I had a window between 4-6pm, which was perfect for me. The plumber arrived and diagnosed the very clogged drain, thoroughly explained my problem and gave a couple of options for a solution.
