Called them to come and take a look at a leaking water line. Tech showed up on time gave me an estimate prior to beginning work. Everything is out back together and working great now.
My normal plumber couldn't come out on a Friday evening, so I called Roto Rooter. They responded quickly and got to my job at 5 pm. All I needed was 2 - 1/2" lines approximately 12' long moved over 1' and then reconnected. The ceiling was 13' high, they were working off of ladders (that we provided), and it was after hours, so I expected a 500-600 bill.
