Michael was both professional and personable, arriving when promised and completing the task efficiently. He also cleaned the work area so it looked good as new. Job well done and I will use Roto Rooter again in the future should the need arise.
My plumber was Keith he came out two times and the second time there was so many things wrong.My basement flooded two times and spent a lot of time and was just a great guy I have been stressed for a week with no water everything was frozen. He stayed positive even after finding many leaks and kept his sense of humor which helped me very much. We have other work that we are going to do and I will ask for Keith!
My 1/2 bath toilet was overflowing. This happened within one hour after my well water pump was repaired. I called Roto-Rooter and Israel called and arrived within 1/2 hr. We were having issues with clogged and backed up lines causing drain issues, and the technician Keith was able to resolve the problems efficiently and thoroughly.
I came home from work one day and opened my door to hear water running, proceeded a few steps and was met by at least a foot of water on my wooden floor in the entrance way of my house. Continued in to find my tile kitchen floor had even more water on the floor with water dripping from above.
