I had a serious back up in both my bathroom. We called Roto Rooter due a problem with our garbage disposal and shower head in the bathroom. Cy (9823) came out and promptly took care of both items, was helpful and explained potential sources of the problem and how to ensure it does not happen in the future. Overall very happy with the service he provided - would recommend to anyone in the Chicago area looking for top notch service. Thanks Cy!

I called Roto router yesterday evening and they came out this morning. The guy Reggie (1027) knew exactly what was wrong with my main sewer line & He was also very polite. When he completed his job he cleaned the waste that came out of the main sewer line. I’m very happy with the service that was provided.

I had a clog in my kitchen sink. Patricio Tech number 2029 was sent to resolve the clog. He was professional, very kind and he got the job done. My situation was an unusual one (bent piping). It was hard to rod. He would not give up until he got rid of the clog. I give him six stars if If could.

I have now used Rooter Rooter two times. I originally tried to go with a privately owned company. I thought I would come out ahead that way. To my surprise I was not able to hire anyone in northwest Chicago that was privately owned. They either flaked on me or they never returned my phone calls. So, with both of my issues, I reached out to Rooter-Rooter. Both times they were professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and responsive. I experienced problems with my laundry drain backing up through the basement floor drain. I phoned roto-rooter and made an appointment. Initially, I was concerned that the servicemen did not come in within the designated appointment window of 8-12 noon.
