The technician showed up on time, was very polite and professional. The pricing was excellent and they saved me extra money by showing me that my water heater was still under warranty. Provided excellent service for repair of my water heater and more than a week sooner than a competitor could obtain the required part! I'll call them again if I'm ever in need. Gave 3 on expertise because they incorrectly assessed the problem, but I corrected them that it was the gas control valve temperature prob, and not temp sensor on thermophile assembly. They gave me the part number and I ordered it.

I had a clogged toilet and called Rotorooter. Someone (Mike) was able to come out within a few hours. He was very professional and did great work. The work was a bit pricey, but was necessary. Mike was upfront and honest about the job he performed. I would recommend Rotorooter.

I got excellent service from Michael. I called on a Sunday afternoon in a bind because the water wouldn't go down the drain (nothing bad happens on a weekday; it's always a weekend or holiday). They sent Michael out that night and he got right to work. It wasn't a simple job but Michael persisted till the clog was gone. Turns out it was quite a ways down the old cast iron pipe. Price was a little more than I had hoped, but not unreasonable for short notice and difficulty/quality of job done. Thanks again Roto Rooter.

I called as part of an emergency with my water main leaking in my garage. I called at 645 at night, the technician was there by 830 and done completely by 910. Great service, very prompt. Plus a 1-year warranty.
