I totally clogged my garbage disposal with lettuce. Also the drains in my two bathtubs were running slowly. Rotor-Rooter came within an hour and had me all fixed up in no time! He (Daniel) even took out a bag of trash for me that was sitting in my kitchen, which was definitely above and beyond the call of duty.
I am very upset these people came out & tried to rip me off. Gave me a price of $500 more to install a water heater!! The technician didn't even know what he was doing. Told me he wasn't even a licensed plumber. I will never call this company back
Absolutely the best! We had one of our drains back up and flood the downstairs basement bathroom. I called Roto-Rooter and technician Scott Clem was out here within an hour to fix it. They were very quick, professional and courtious. By far the best plummer I have dealt with in the Lexington area. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
