After waiting around all yesterday and last night for a plumber who never showed up or called us back (not from this company), my husband called Roto-Rooter and they sent someone out this morning who had our pipe fixed and us back and working within 30 minutes. Best plumbing experience in Virginia Beach, Va. We used A-1 Sewer plumbing a little over a month ago and paid 750$ to have our pipes cleaned due to a sewage back up in our recently purchased home. They were sloppy and after telling me they were charging me 750$ at the end of my service, they also were going to charge me an additional 30$ to use my credit card. I didn't like anything about it. When I scheduled my appointment the told me they were clear and any appointment time would work so I scheduled a window between 8am and 10am. Well finally at 1005 I get a phone call saying their technician was running behind and would be out in 30 min. Its not like at the last second they realized they would be late.
