They overcharged by a drastic amount, they caused a leak, the guy who came tried to sell me,electrical, roof and heating services... and now Corp says any damage they do is my issue due to a hold harmless clause... avoid at all costs.... 750 to clear a clogged toilet... thieves

Worst service ever! Do not call Roto Rooter they did a halfway job didn't finish and won't send us the report only the bill! They suck
Waited all day for someone to show up, then when it started raining at 4pm they called and asked if they could come do the work tomorrow because of the rain. My water is turned off for a repair that needs to be done and they don't own a poncho I guess? Thanks for your help, someone else will get your business.
Overpriced for services. Was charged $400 for clogged water line. Tech recommended service which is not necessary. Was told that the camera tech will be on site for inspection on the same day. The tech never show up.

My dad's bill was $400 just to cut a pipe and put a coupling on. Really over priced. The cuppling is round 5 or $6
