My appointment was set at 8AM-10AM. Received a text saying tech was on his way at 08:24. He did not show up until 11:00 AM. My time is as valuable as anyone else’s. Cancelled appointment and sent him on his way. I am not doing business with a company that cannot keep appointments. No reasonable explanation given as to why it took 21/2 hours to get to my home.
Best guys ever had a problem with the city line. They contact the city and have the amount here and made them fix it. As an emergencyou can depend on These guys
The service tech was knowledgeable and professional and quickly fixed my issue. Will use them again and would recommend them as well.
Very pleased with the service provided. They showed up on a Friday evening within a couple of hours of first call. Did good work and quickly addressed the problem. Will definitely reach out to them when needed again.
Once they got to my house it only took 5mins to clear out the pipe in my kitchen. However it cost way more than I would've expected. :(
