I referred Roto-Rooter to someone very close to me who needed a plumber. They were supposed to arrive between 4-6 pm. They never showed up. At 8 pm I called and they said they were delayed but someone would be there in about an hour. I said they should have called to let us know. Finally at 9 pm, they called and said they can be there at 10 pm!! My friend who had waited for 4-6 hours past the appointment time was too tired after going through his chemo that day and declined such a ridiculous late appt. I was very disappointe... read more
