I had this company come out and they fixed a shower faucet handle on 12/15/2017. They had used all new parts to do this job. I have used this company before and knew that they guaranteed their work. Today, 07/20/18, about 8 months later the shower faucet leaked. I called them believing after 8 months that it should still be under warantee. We had a leak in our front yard and our bathroom toilet. We called the city to see if it was an issue on our end or theirs and it was our problem to get fixed. We called Roto-Rooter on a Sunday and they came out took a look and got us fixed up and ready to go quickly and less expensively than other companies that we called for a Sunday estimate. They were quick, efficient, and friendly. I would definitely suggest this branch to someone in need of plumbing issues.
