I had two great technicians work on replacing my very old cast iron sewer pipe. There were many twists and turns and they met every challenge and solved the problems. I felt lucky to have had Felipe and Marcel help me with my very large issue. I would definitely use Roto Rooter again. Thank you.
Terrible service. Untrained novice plumber. Spent two hours in our basement for a toilet that wouldn’t flush. Failed to check the sump until after he removed the toilet and sent a camera 15 feet to the sump. Charged over $800 when the total fix was to throw the breaker switch for the sump. Manager would not provide a deduct for all of the wasted time.
They came to snake drains. They broke a snake then with the second snake they did not unclog the drain. Charged us $400. They caused more damage by sending the snake through a pipe.
