The pricing for this company compared to local businesses is ridiculous. I was charged extra for an apprentice to come do the job, the hourly rates are extremely high and there is a charge for clean up plus hourly rates. Completely untrustworthy on pricing. I will say the two gentlemen that work for the company were great to work with and I hope they start their own business.
Aaron and Omar were just awesome! They were very professional, great to work with and kept my husband and I informed of what they were doing. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing work! Aaron was great at getting up my curvey 12% grade driveway too with no problems in that huge truck! We are in our 80’s and they made us feel very safe too.
I had two great technicians work on replacing my very old cast iron sewer pipe. There were many twists and turns and they met every challenge and solved the problems. I felt lucky to have had Felipe and Marcel help me with my very large issue. I would definitely use Roto Rooter again. Thank you.
