Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Scheduled an appt on a Friday for an emergency. They said Monday between 2-4 pm. I reluctantly said ok. Monday I called 4 times and never got a call back! Never again.
last call out, leaking pipe already stopped, just wanted professional job done for clean up, in crawl space on 5 apt building, roto rooter plumber said he would have to charge 'commercial' rates, worked 4 hrs, $900.00, you do the math !!!!! NEVER AGAIN, will I hire any roto rooter person
