Since our own plumber was not available to fix a plugged toilet, we called this Roto Rooter in Red Hook, NY. They sent a plumber out who said that he would have to remove the toilet and bring in some machine to do the job, at a cost of $650. We said "no thanks". We called our own plumber the next day. He was available that day, and did the job without removing the toilet, at a cost of $300.
