I called Roto-Rooter my pipes weren’t running and thought they were frozen. They told me $150 charge for coming out on weekend. Fine. He showed up Water was already running THANKFULLY, still charged me $150 for a 15 minute drive wasn’t even bad weather anymore. Could have at least given me a discount. I won’t do them again. Could not be more impressed with the plumber that fixed our busted pipes from the freeze. Noel Garner not only explained everything that was going on in the crawl space. But showed me detailed pics of all the damage and his repairs. And most of all he did it with a smile on his face … and not like he’d rather be anywhere else in the world than fixing my plumbing…. Like some of their competitors have done.
