I had a backed up bathroom sink and shower. I knew it would take more than my plunger to clear, so I contacted Roto-rooter. They Do NOT charge just to come out and give you an estimate—which was awesome. My technician’s name was Brady. He was great…very friendly and extremely helpful. He explained the problem to me and gave me the diagnostic (he was even very friendly to my dogs which is a big plus in my book). He had the drains cleared in less than an hour.
