Company is very unprofessional. Appointment was between 1:00 and 3:00 received a message wouldn't be able to make it today too busy he finally showed up at 5:00 and then was here for two and a half hours and did nothing. Then said he would have to come back with supervisor and received call this morning saying they can't do business with us because we were rude to him the day before which is not true at all.So basically they left the house with no working toilets or anything because for whatever reason. Very unprofessional
Wow, just wanted to say thanks. I had Roto Rooter come out to unplug a blockage. I had called a Mr. Rooter up for a appointment a couple days earlier and they were a no show twice in one day. I called up Roto Rooter the next day and they arrived on time. The guy was really nice. Unfortunately he was unable to clear the blockage on his own and a couple of days later I made the attempt on my own and was successful. They were nice enough to refund all charges.
My husband and I were very impressed! They scheduled us quickly. Joe was at our house on time. He was professional and knowledgeable. Fixed our clogged septic and asked if we had any questions before he left. If we have any plumbing issues in the future I will definitely call Roto Rooter!
