Great job.
Very unprofessional company. They lied to us from the start, Roto Rooter with restoration said they would take down our drywall and replace it and paint it all due to a leak. We had a contract with Roto Rooter for this job. The lead supervisor even fell through our ceiling in the bathroom and said "don't worry we'll take care of that as well". They came one day and left machines on to dry the moisture but didn't tell us we could turn them off after weeks of being on, which ran our electricity bill up tremendously. This was s... read more
Nicholas was amazing !!!! He went above and beyond , didn’t stop until he got it completely fixed .had to make two trips to Christiansburg and back . Greatly appreciate his dedication. Will tell everyone about him
