Andy did amazing! He gave us knowledge and advice to prevent our issues from happening again. We feel better knowing that if something does happen, Roto-Rooter will try to fix it. PLUS showing up within 24 hours of said issue was a huge deal! Thank you guys!!
Andy was my technician today and he was absolutely amazing. Very professional. Offered options for other jobs, but was pushy about making me feel like I had to get them done today. Very friendly and got the job done quickly. Will be using this company for future jobs. Would highly Recommend.
Called on Monday night because I seen the main drain pipe was pushing water out. They had someone out Tuesday around lunch. Kevin came over & gave me the run down of possibilities & pricing. I have zero complaints about service. Decided to get the work done due to the importance of it & he went & got the equipment he needed & had it done within 30 minutes of returning. The first day I was very pleased. The tech was able to find and clear the clog in the sewer drain pipe. He said that the problem was that the drain line was not run properly and could fix it but would need to come back the next day. Once he came back he found that all that was needed was to adjust the pipe hangers, which he did and then the pipe had the correct grade.
