Had a broken water line in our front yard between the meter and our house. I called the Weatherford number and was able to get a "technician" to come out that day. After he dug down to the broken pipe, he had to go to Home Depot to get the supplies to do the repair. You would think that with the size of the truck he showed up in that he would have the supplies in the truck! 3 hours later, he had the water line "fixed" and charged me over $800!!! I was informed by my friends that the service they provided cost more than if I were to buy the tools myself And that I was taken advantage of bc I’m too nice. Since they got the same service at the same address in the past couple years for about a third of the price I paid today. The technician even reminisced about last time he was here. Be careful they will take advantage of you if they think they can.
