As of August 2024, the leak still remains, and our bills are still high. The technician was unable to fix the issue without causing the faucet to leak, so we were given a discount on the bill. I had a great experience with this company (have used them once before). I called them out thinking I had a backed-up sewer, but after a thorough check, it turned out everything was clear. They didn’t charge for the visit, which was a pleasant surprise. The plumber (I didn’t catch his name, apologize) took the time to look into a couple of other plumbing concerns around the house and gave helpful advice.
