Robert was great. Did a drain line cleanout. He explained the entire process and spent quite a bit of time to make sure he did the job right. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
This is the second time that we have done business with Roto Rooter. Everyone was friendly speaking, kept us informed when they were coming, and nice that they tidied-up when they were finished.
Robert was BY FAR the most professional plumber I’ve ever encountered and instead of trying to upsell on what wasn’t needed, he completed a thorough inspection. Identified the problems and solved it! You can’t beat that type of professional service anywhere. Don’t send me any other plumber from here out, only ROBERT!!! 💯
