Sean and his co-worker (unfortunately I did not get his name) we're very kind and helpful in my time of need. As a single income, single woman; I appreciate their hospitality and politeness when it came to entering my house and working on all of my bathroom issuess. They were both polite and helpful. I highly recommend them. Sean was extremely understanding and knowledgeable. You guys were incredible. I hope I never have to see you again but if I do I hope it's the two of you!

A Big Thank you to Shawn at Roto Rooter. I was out of state when a backup occurred in a Rental property that I own affecting two bathrooms. Shawn called me when on site and worked with me over the phone. He was able to clean up all issues on the property and give me key information needed to understand where and how to get this fixed for the long term since this had happened previously. His expertise was important and greatly appretiated.

Had a leak at a rental property we own. We use CSAA Rental insurance.They called their leak “expert” who told is we would have to tear out the flooring to find the source. Next day we received an estimate of thousands od dollars to repair the French drains and install a sump pump. Thats when we called Roto-Rooter. They spent over 6 hours at the house and found two leaks. One in the copper and one in the drain in a wall. Of course internal leaks are typically a covered peril. Outside leaks are not. My late father was a plumbing contractor with his own business, so using anyone else for my plumbing needs is a new experience. I have had nothing but excellent service from everyone at RotoRooter. They are honest, upfront and extremely knowledgeable. They do not try and upsell you, but rather give you an abundance of information so you can make an informed decision. I highly recommend them.
