Roto rooters were able to send a plumber immediately to help me fix a leaking toilet pipe. I appreciate the quick turn around time but the initial estimate was $200 then was mentioned $300 and finally when making a payment it was $380 and said parts are extra. To change a small pipe and the flush valve I think it was overpriced. But I still appreciate the quick turnaround which was needed at the time. I called them back in December 2024 after a suspected water leak under my kitchen floor expecting professional help — instead, I got delays/poor time management and an overpriced bill for subpar work. The technicians were polite but the work they did was not what I signed up for and certainly wasn’t completed, didn’t seem prepared, and gave me vague explanations about what needed to be done.
