Sean was very knowledgeable and although the problem was with a septic tank and was not straight forward, he did some trouble shooting and expertly diagnosed the problem. My tenant had not been able to use the toilet for several days and Sean fixed the problem for her. He was very pleasant and explained everything he was doing. I asked for his card so I could ask for him in the future.
Sean was great! On time, explained the process thoroughly, and was very pleasant to deal with.

Never got an estimate, $400+ per hour for plumbing works is outrageous. Called the office to understand the cost breakdown and speak to a manager. Never got a call back, will never use them again.
Sean and Ken were the best team and made the process really easy.
