After a flood caused major damage and partially clogged my outdoor drain, I called for service and asked if they were available the same morning to clear the drain pipe. My service technician was Eric. He agreed to come after a scheduled service visit elsewhere. Although he cleared the drain, he was unprofessional and extremely rude. Eric has been to the same home 3 times now. Prices are almost double what they used to be, but he gets the job done, keeps in contact and calls when he's on the way!!! 5 star service.
