Had Eric come out recently to remove a toilet and unclog a drain. He was extremely professional, and very knowledgeable about my neighborhood. He assured me that most of the houses on my street did not have a cleanout, and helped me look around for a cleanout where it should be if it had it. He removed the toilet and found the clog in no time, even was kind enough to show me on the camera all the roots in there. After a flood caused major damage and partially clogged my outdoor drain, I called for service and asked if they were available the same morning to clear the drain pipe. My service technician was Eric. He agreed to come after a scheduled service visit elsewhere. Although he cleared the drain, he was unprofessional and extremely rude. Eric has been to the same home 3 times now. Prices are almost double what they used to be, but he gets the job done, keeps in contact and calls when he's on the way!!! 5 star service.
