I was not happy with my initial experience with this place as there were communication issues and getting someone out ASAP. The first man that came out was very nice but his machine broke on him and they were forced to send out a second tech. The second tech Chris was amazing. We had a big tree root problem that he took care of for us but this guy went above and beyond. I can’t say enough good things about Shane and Brandon! They were both incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely thoughtful. They came out to fix our kids’ toilet after a soap bar had gotten stuck, and while they were here, they went above and beyond. They even took the time and personally put in the effort to clean a lot of the buildup and “yuck” around the toilet that their little cleaner was able to remove. My kitchen faucet sprang a leak and I called and as always they came out and got me an estimate and had already picked out a nice one for me. Lucas was so sweet and prompt and patient when we had to wait for the city to turn the water off. Nicest people from receptionist to the repair guys. I'll always use them!!
We have used Roto-Rooter a few times for different reasons. In emergency plumbing situations this is one of the only companies that is able to respond in a timely manner. They have solved issues that other companies were unable to resolve. A different company had told us we needed a new pipe from the house to the sewer, and we already knew that had been replaced in recent history so we got a second opinion from Roto Rooter and they were able to fix the problem without replacing anything and for a pretty small fee.
