We had called on Friday about getting our main line cleaned because of roots, and they worked with us on setting up an appointment revolving around our pay day, which was Tuesday. We had requested an appointment after 4pm, due to work, and we were told that they would try to get a technician out on Tuesday night, but due to staffing, it may have been pushed to Wednesday. Today was supposed to be a very hard day. But then my maintenance man stepped in ,and called roto rooter of Wichita for me, and Gabe came and fixed all my pluming needs. I mean he didn’t leave until everything was working perfectly. Thank you so much Gabe for caring about my family even when you could have just did your job and went on about your day. Thank you.
Drain Cleaning at our house was accomplished with utmost professionalism and courtesy by Mr. Chris Hare. He explained the problem and did a great job on drain cleaning. We highly recommend him for his work and professionalism.
Our kitchen sink drain was clogged. Kelly showed up on time, explained what he was doing, and after I asked about it, he didn't try to up-sell me on having the drain checked out with a camera - which would have cost more. He unclogged the drain and advised what we should do to prevent clogs in the future. All this was done in an hour. We're very impressed!
