I had an emergency situation on Super Bowl Sunday so I called Roto Rooter company and they sent someone within an hour. Salim- tech number (739)was very polite and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Salim was able to accurately identify the problem and where it was located, (broken copper pipe in ceiling). Treyvon the plumber fixed the issue quickly and explained exactly what was wrong and how he repaired it. He left everything clean and put back together, and even reassured my tenant that everything was okay. Very professional and highly recommended.
