Roto Rooter was prompt professional, competent and thorough. Genaro went above and beyond to solve my difficult drain problem on a late Saturday afternoon. He immediately diagnosed the drain issue and instilled confidence that he would solve the problem. Most importantly, of course, was that after he left the drain was flowing properly. One concern was the cost of $400.
