Marc was fantastic! After our new refrigerator was delivered, the Lowe’s team couldn’t disconnect the old one because it had a copper line attached. Marc came quickly, knew exactly what to do, and explained everything clearly. Great knowledge and excellent customer service. I would definitely use him again!
Water had backed up into both my showers. Roto-Rooter was at my house within a half hour on a Sunday evening and was able to clear the clog through my kitchen sink. I was not charged extra for a weekend emergency service. The plumbers were very professional and overall I’m very happy with my experience.
