I called them around 9am, they showed up at noon. I can't remember the guys name but, he was clean, efficient and very polite. He had to go on the roof to rod the line but never complained. We were only charged 1 hr labor and we were happy to pay it. It was nice to see someone that knew their job and was qualified to do it. Seems today nobody really wants to work. We'll keep the card on the fridge in case we need any other plumbing work done. Thank you.

It's always a wonderful thing to have your pipes back up into your home...NOT!....Thank the lord for the fast and effective service of ROTO-ROOTER! Angel came out and had me fixed up in a flash and explained the underlying problem that could help in the future. We will definitely be using you guys again for our plumbing needs! Great job guys!

I had problems with toilet nit flushing, I plunged, my son used the snake and still nothing. I called and a nice AMERICAN female voice spoke and I understood her, she said a guy would be there between 3-5 THAT SAME DAY. Jason contacted me an promptly showed up. Clean, well mannered and explained the problem and fixed it. I'll be getting them back later, to redo pvc plumbing under my house. I was pleased with the price also. Senior lady on SSI.

Nick was absolutely amazing. We had a water heater issue with water all over our basement and he came out to our cabin at 2 AM , no hesitation. He communicated with us as we were not on the property, keeping us up to speed on all the problems and how he was able to solve them. We had incredible and fast service and thanks to him our basement was saved. Thank you Nick!!
