I called them around 9am, they showed up at noon. I can't remember the guys name but, he was clean, efficient and very polite. He had to go on the roof to rod the line but never complained. We were only charged 1 hr labor and we were happy to pay it. It was nice to see someone that knew their job and was qualified to do it. Seems today nobody really wants to work. We'll keep the card on the fridge in case we need any other plumbing work done. Thank you.
It's always a wonderful thing to have your pipes back up into your home...NOT!....Thank the lord for the fast and effective service of ROTO-ROOTER! Angel came out and had me fixed up in a flash and explained the underlying problem that could help in the future. We will definitely be using you guys again for our plumbing needs! Great job guys!
When I called the company, I spoke with Landan. He said he would be at my home in 15 minutes. He was here within 15 minutes. I was amazed. He found the problem quickly and gave us a price. He said he was going to get supplies and be right back. He did just that. He was amazing and certainly was professional. Thank you Landan for all your help!!!
Nick was absolutely amazing. We had a water heater issue with water all over our basement and he came out to our cabin at 2 AM , no hesitation. He communicated with us as we were not on the property, keeping us up to speed on all the problems and how he was able to solve them. We had incredible and fast service and thanks to him our basement was saved. Thank you Nick!!
The toilet would gurgle when flushed or if you ran the shower while visiting my mother. I made a call to Roto-Rooter and they actually came sooner, after calling to confirm it was ok. Angel was awesome! It took much longer than anticipated but the price never changed and the issue was resolved. We will definitely call them again if we ever have a problem! Thanks Angel!!!
