Angel, was punctual, professional and repaired my toilet quickly (10 minutes). However, I think the amount charged to change fill valve and toilet supply line ($250) was steep in contrast to average rates for the parts and labor. Nevertheless, I appreciate the 10% military discount. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll utilize Roto-Rooter or recommend them in the future. I should have went with the company that discussed my issue via phone and provided me with a quote under $200.

They were absolutely awesome! They answered the phone immediately. Very professional! She sent someone out right away! He Literally showed up so fast! Fished out problem and now it’s back and working properly! I can’t thank you enough! Haden was the technician…he was so polite. I highly recommend Roto Rooter’s plumbing!

Best plumbing company in town. Fast, courteous, and get the job done. They are very reasonably priced also. I would definitely recommend calling Jeff Vanlandingham to diagnose your problem and quote you a fair price.

I called them around 9am, they showed up at noon. I can't remember the guys name but, he was clean, efficient and very polite. He had to go on the roof to rod the line but never complained. We were only charged 1 hr labor and we were happy to pay it. It was nice to see someone that knew their job and was qualified to do it. Seems today nobody really wants to work. We'll keep the card on the fridge in case we need any other plumbing work done. Thank you.
