Nick was absolutely amazing. We had a water heater issue with water all over our basement and he came out to our cabin at 2 AM , no hesitation. He communicated with us as we were not on the property, keeping us up to speed on all the problems and how he was able to solve them. We had incredible and fast service and thanks to him our basement was saved. Thank you Nick!!

Jason called on his way with an ETA and arrived on time. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Before leaving he checked all affected areas to make sure that all was in working order. Jason provided his contact information in case I had any further issues. All of this job call was very important as I have a wheelchair bound disabled adult child who counts heavily on the bath working. Jason's service was much appreciated.

Technician communicate well. Was very professional and knowledgeable. Was able to do my repair on the day I called which I did not expect. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter for all plumbing needs

All staff were super friendly and very accommodating. Arron did what he could to get me in asap. Rick came out first thing and fixed the clog within the hour. Very honest and courteous with reasonable pricing. I highly recommend Them.
