Jon, the technician who came to the house was fantastic. We had a laundry floor drain that was not draining quickly enough. He approached the problem we had with confidence that he could help us in some way. Not over-confidence, but reassurance. He was able to resolve the issue and also offered some suggestions to help alleviate potential future issues. I am very grateful for the speedy response and the effort Jon put forth to fix the issue.

There's never a good time to have your drain backed up. Never! But if it happens to you, the crew are Roto-Rooter are absolute pros. From the person who took my initial call to the technician who showed up at my house ready to help, they could not have been any nicer or prompt in getting down to business.
