Less than one hour from phone call to completed service, even though he had to remove the toilet to clear a line. Troy was efficient and great!

Amazing response time - from the time I called Roto-Rooter to the time the tech arrived was just over an hour. Chris B. arrived when he said he'd be here, was very knowledgeable and thorough, answered all our questions, and completed the job quickly. We had this same problem 1.5 years ago and had another company fix it; Chris not only fixed it but also found the source of the problem (an internet line drilled through our sewer line) and had recommendations on how to move forward. Highly recommend!!
