Root-Rooter sent a Technician named Trevor to service our clogged toilet, and I must publicly commend him for his professionalism! He was cordial, and very knowledgeable of the task. Showed up, and completed the job on a timely manner. I highly recommend Trevor to service your property!
They the worse in the business" change you $88 dollars to pull up" just needed my tube done, he got on his laptop: them bam $561.28 cent " They high price you on purpose so they can keep the $88... They are a business that scams.
I want to start saying Christian Credeur was a very profesional guy, he takes his job seriously, people like him are hard to find these days to work. But anyways, he did an estimate for a big job and gave us options, all the information that we need to know and with proof of it we knew he has HONEST and that is not common in contractors.
Some people are who they are, this guy came out on a service call and told me "I'm not feeling well I been doing this for twelve years, I got this". I will never use their service in the future it's not wat you say it's how you say it to a client. ZERO SRARS. If he was on his time of the month why not stay home.?
I was 100% satisfied with my technician Richard Wayne and Roto-Rooter in cleaning my drain I will always use Roto-Rooter for all my plumbing and was my second time using Roto-Rooter. Sincerely Richard Howard
