I called Roto-Rooter because I thought I had a plumbing problem that needed urgent attention. Josh came out quickly, on time, and was very professional. After thoroughly checking everything, they discovered that there actually wasn’t a problem at all. Roto Rooter was quick and efficient with our plumbing request. Very professional and timely. Highly recommend using them.
Toilet is fixed, but I guess you have to pay extra for them to clean up the mess. Water still on the floor. Smudges all over toilet from new wax ring. Dirty sprayed water on wall and molding. WILL NOT USE AGAIN!
