The service received was great from the beginnig to the end of the job. I had emergency and service was not only provided that evening but had phone calls updated me when to expect the service person. The job was completed and fully explained. Typically when calling for service, there is mistrust but not with the service I received and the price was great. Thank you.

Roto-Rooter N. Charleroi 3/22/2010 to 3/26/2010. I had serious problems with my plumbing and knew it when I saw the sewer water in my basement. I placed my service call at 6:30AM and Ray was there by 8:30AM. Within hours, I had running water again. Ray was courteous, professional and explained everything he was doing and even encouraged me to watch the camera move through my lines, which revealed some serious problems. Needed an immediate fix for a leaking bathtub drain. Technician was there within 2 hours of placing call (quick response was great). However technician didn't seem "thrilled" to do the job, as it was in a crawl space, and also a Saturday. I suspect not anyone would be overly excited to do such a job however when money is exchanging hands, I expect a little more enthusiasm than was received. Frank Boyd, Service Technician #1296, was incredibly professional, personable, and efficient. I am generally fairly handy, but the combined stressors of having to work from home due to G-20, attending to my children, and preparing for a birthday party for my daughter tomorrow - and add in a glogged drain that flooded my bathroom and kitchen - left me unable to solve the problem myself.
