The two gentlemen that came out to solve our problem, Matt and Warren, were amazing. The dispatchers on the other hand were very rude and told me to quit calling because they were too busy. If it wasn't because of Matt Turner, I would have called John Materese on channel 9 or the BBB but he saved Roto Rooter a customer and I will continue to use them because he was so wonderful.
The technician was very professional and got the job done.He explained what needed to be done and the price. I was happy the issue was resolved.
