Disrespected my neighborhood with this disgusting billboard.
Jason came to our lake house to unclog a drain. He was on time, clean, courteous, and efficient. So glad we called Roto-Rooter.
Jason was efficient, professional and personable.
The bathroom sink was clogged. I called and in 2 hours they were at my door. Jason was kind and efficient.
Service was requested to take care of a drainage problem in the kitchen sink. Technicians came in on the same day, “removed” the clog, confirmed the flow of water for 20 minutes and left. Charge was $480. Two days later problem repeated. Same crew came back, not happy that they had to come in. Did the same things again. Finally they said “this is a ventilation problem” not drainage.
