John came to my house to fix my water heater. I ask a lot of questions so he was very knowledgeable and patient and answered every question I had. He was on time and even went above and beyond in fixing my toilet too. I will go to Roto Rooter again for all my plumbing needs. Their prices are fair and reasonable.
