They spent 3 days trying to open my drain. I paid around $1300 and they intended to bring an excavator over and charge me another 2800 with no guarentee of success. Everyday that they showed up they wanted to dig. I ended up calling someone local and got it cleared for $350. Don't waste your time and money on their incompetence.
