I asked if y’all did septic tanks, and y’all said yes. I made my appointment and y’all never came. Wasted my whole day. I called to see if the appointment was moved, then I had to wait a long time on hold just so you can tell me it was cancelled.
I'm surprised this place is still in business! Got them to come to my home to fix a clogged pipeline from one of my bathrooms. They did all sorts of digging and found something wrong with my OTHER bathroom and decided to fix that instead (on their own of course, I was not kept in the loop about what they were doing to my home). And STILL never fixed the one I called them for! Things ended with them calling a lawyer out because we didn't want to pay them for not fixing our problem! Ended up using Roto Rooter because we were in a bind. But beware - expect to pay top dollar with these guys, even for the quick jobs.
