Charge $250 just to come out, even if no work is done. The guy who came out was nice but did not seem to know his business When he couldn't fix it he recommended we replace our whole water heater without knowing its age or trying many fixes.
Let me start by saying I have used roto rooter in the past and have not been impressed, but they were reliable. This time I made an appointment on roto rooter's so called online appointment making system and waited the day I made an appointment. They never showed so I called and asked when they were coming and got that they never received the appointment from corporate and that I should call them from now on and how corporate always has this problem.
