Serviceman came to my house for a kitchen pipe leakage and bathroom pipe clogged. The serviceman seen there was a rusted bolt, put lube on it and let it sit, to try to lossen it but he then stated he needs a 2nd guy to help him. Left for 45 mins and came back. Then went upstairs to my bathroom to look around and say he needs a second guy. Then he went to my bathroom downstairs and took apart the base of the toilet, the wax ring/seal, said it was rusted and left it out on the floor. Then he left again.
