My experience started off feeling confident that Mr Rooter would access and identify the issue. They began by charging a service charge ($150) to come and out access the possible issue. The problem I was experiencing was that I had no water in my home. I have a septic tank and well water. Once the Mr Rooter employee arrived, he identified the possible issue was a faulty pressure switch (I assumed he checked the fuse supplying power to the pressure switch as well as the pressure tank reading). They Did a terrible job!!! They offer 30 days guaranteed work, but would not come back out to fix they problem they should have fixed the first time. THEY OVER CHARGE!!!!! A bottle of Drano would have been MUCH better than these clowns!!!!
