Told the lady on my initial phone call they would have to get up on the roof to put the snake down. She said OK and would relay the info and send two workers. Finally workers showed up, when I repeated story I was I informed they NO LONGER ARE ALLOWED TO GET ON ROOFS!!! I explained this was all told to stupid lady I talked to on phone. Answer: Well , they (stupid ladies) aren't allowed to tell customers so when we come out we can offer you a new cut out ( they are about $1600.00) . Terrible way to conduct business.
