The woman who answered the phone was BEYOND rude. None of the 6 bathrooms worked in our office building, so I was asked by my boss to take care of the problem. When I called, the receptionist was extremely short with me, had an attitude the entire time, did not answer my questions, was not at all helpful, and in the end said it's "my call" on what I should do, but then said she had another call so to call back when Ive made a decision. Do not use this company. I asked them to come open a drain to drain water out of a basement. They called and said they couldn't, as the drain was cemented shut, but charged me for a main stack cleaning. Which they were able to do miraculously with an invisible router, and in only 10 minutes. They also failed to mention that the water on the basement floor was sewage. Asked for my money back, after going through all the details, and the extremely rude receptionist hung up on me.
