All I can say is that you can get better service at a better price. Please call someone else
its a shame you can't give less than one star cause this place sucks. During regular working hours they came and charged me 240.00 for the first hour and over 100.00 an hour after that. My toilet needed a flapper... thats it... a flapper. As a widow, I thought I could depend on a national company for small repairs like this. I have used Roto Rooter in Baton Rouge and was completely stratified with the work and the charges. Contacted Roto-Rooter after the freeze because water wouldn’t come from my bathroom sinks after my pipes thawed. When I contacted them to schedule the appointment I asked how much would it be just for a service call to tell me what the problem may be and I was told the service call was FREE and I would be given an estimate of what needs to be done once the tech find out the problem. The tech called on his way to my house and I explained to him over the phone what the problem was, once he got here he went straight to my sinks... read more
Had them come out and use camera for inspection as part of a quote needed for insurance. I paid for inspection plus a few wasted hours pumping out a hole, that he decided he didn't need to inspect, so didn't even enter the pumped out area. The quote was written in a way insurance needed a correction. I've called 4 times, and they keep saying they will give the message to that plumber. It's been 5 days and he refuses to call me back.
