This company gave an estimate and stood by it. Went out of their way to get my new water heater in on Friday before the weekend. Travis was very professional and curteous through the entire process. Installed in 2 hours. Couldn't be more pleased. Will use again if needed.
They installed a hose bib that ran under our home. We agreed to pay extra to have a bib that would not freeze and bust. It bust water running everywhere. When we contacted Royo rooter they said sorry no repair unless we pay service charge, parts and labor. These folks are rip offs and they don’t stand behind their work.
Called to set up an appointment for service and the female that answered the phone was very rude and not helpful. Needless to say, I chose not to give them my business after that.
