My basement flooded on New Years Day. After calling a few places, Roto Rooter was at my house in about 30 minutes. Alex was very knowledgeable, honest, and polite. He showed my husband and I the camera as he scoped. He also provided us with some maintenance tips. I am so grateful for the quick and thorough service. Alex made an extremely stressful situation much better!
Had really tough roots from near by trees stopping up my lateral line to the city. Andy came by and had the line jetted and clear within the first hour. Definitely would recommend this service to friends
