I was serviced by the Green Bay location despite being 4 blocks away from the Roto Rooter in my city. I got a call back two hours after leaving a message and was serviced the next day. He unplugged the drains, but claimed to not have the right tool to fix the leaking drain. He didn't even offer a temporary fix! I ended up fixing the leak and didn't need the tool he claimed was needed. If Alex spent more time understanding the problem he would have realized what the whole issue was which ended up being a botched installation ... read more

I was kind of disappointed at the technician that came to my house I got the feeling that he didn't know what he was doing he was in constant phone communication with his supervisors he asked one of his supervisors to come check his work and the supervisor refused I feel that they only did half of the work for but got paid in full
