Had Roto Rooter out to unstop my tub drain! Very efficient and the technician was extremely nice. Will definitely use again.
They were amazing! Came out there in no time and had it done in a jiffy. The ladies on the phone were kind and the men who came to the job was great!
How can such a large company not have a snake long enough to run a camera on a two story house? Lied to over and over. At the end, I paid a lot of money for absolutely nothing.
Called them on a Monday they told us they would be here that afternoon, never showed up. Which is understandable because we called last minute but then they told us they would come out first this Tuesday morning and they never came because my mom didn't answer her phone after she had told the lady she wouldn't have her phone on her because of work but someone would be home, and they claimed they had the wrong address after my mom called them about not showing up that morning.
