Ron was very efficient. Knew what he was doing and wasted no time at all. Price charged was fair for the work done. Will use him again if the need arises.
Ron was very professional and did a quick and excellent job on our stopped up drain.
Ron was extremely rude and unprofessional. I needed help with a bad water heater, and he told me to fix it myself and then hung up on me. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If I could give 0 stars I would. I would like to note that the lady who answered the phone was very nice and pleasant.
Ron called me back within 10 minutes of my calling his office in the late afternoon. We scheduled an appointment to clear a clogged waste line for the next morning. He arrived when he said he would and promptly cleared the line. He was very professional and reasonably charged for the work..
