A huge thank you to Jeff and John today who helped me with a septic tank flush and replaced a deteriorated line. Both were very nice and efficient. We called them on a Friday night and they were able to come out and pump our septic tank the next day! The guy was very professional and quick. It did not take him long to get finished. The prices are reasonable, too.
They're nice and they know what they're doing.
Our serviceman was Jeff, he was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. The issue was addressed, and the septic pumped in less than a hour. I will absolutely do business with Roto-Rooter in the future. Thank you!! P.S. Roto-Rooter, make sure Jeff is payed well. I can't express just how satisfied we are with his work ethic.
I would not use this company again. I had them out to replace a t&p valve in my hot water heater and it began leaking again and though they state they "guarantee" their work they state it is no longer covered. It has been 6 months and it's been leaking at least the past 2. I would be crazy to have them back out to replace the same thing when there is no guarantee and they charge a fortune just for a service call when I can go with someone else that is guaranteed for a better price.
