We have been using Roto Rooter for all our plumbing needs for 30 years. They have always been professional, courteous and very customer focused and Sam, the plumber sent out on our call of a burst exterior spigot was exceptional. He was very professional and repaired our problem in a very short time, which I thought would take a long time. Roto Rooter Saint Augustine is a full-service plumbing company, and I recommend them for all your plumbing needs!
They refused to service my home after being a loyal customer for over 25 years. Sadly, Jeremy's wife was rude on the phone and argumentative about charges that they had not told me about. Since Steve retired, it seems that this company's integrity did too.
