Joshua Rubio was here within a half hour for our 2 AM emergency of a ceiling water leak. He was extremely professional and very detailed with his explanations of what was happening and needed to be done. He answered everything and assured us through the entire situation and we are beyond thankful for his wonderful service. We’d recommend him to anyone.
Rescheduled with us twice for a leak that required us to shut off all water to our property. After the first reschedule we got my Dad to take the day off of work and come all the way from Oceanside (1.5 hour trip both ways) so that he could be there to answer the door so that neither me nor my partner would have to miss work. They called an hour and a half after they said they would to tell us they were 2+ hours away in traffic and asking if we could reschedule for the next day.
