I use Roto-Pat to clean my carpets on a regular basis and they do a wonderful job. I have also used them for water damage and they were able to come out almost immediately to take care of it and fix the leak and replace the flooring and baseboards and everything looked better than it did brand new!

We used Roto-Pat to clean our tile floor, mainly the grout between the tile. Our house is five years old and the grout on our tile floor was discolored and dingy looking. Patrick told me "let me just come by and show you what we can do and then you decide if you want to proceed." I couldn't believe the difference the cleaning made on all our tile floors. They look brand new again and those guys did an awesome job. Four bathrooms, kitchen, pantry, and laundry room all look amazing. Thank you Roto-Pat!!!
