Rothwell is the best! Set up was smooth and service has been great!! Highly recommend.
Rothwell always takes great care of our machines. This week, I called to request assistance with our folding machine (by appointment as I'm only here on certain days). The service tech showed up the day I requested and helped me understand the issue I was having with the machine and how to resolve it. Then he followed up by cleaning the roller (since he was here) ensuring the machine won't be going down any time soon. Thank you Mike!
When we have issues with our printer, they are always able to arrive the same day, and within an hour for more critical issues. Great service and friendly technicians. We are very pleased with them as our service provider.
