Our company has partnered with Rothwell for many years for our onsite printing needs, and we highly recommend them. Their customer service is exceptional—on the rare occasion we have to submit a service ticket, we always receive a call back within 20 minutes, and their support technicians are extremely knowledgeable. We recently signed a lease for a new wide-format plotter with them, and it was delivered to our office and installed within two hours of signing, with the old one removed at no extra cost.
