I called to check on their fee to do Estate Tax form 706, got transferred from one receptionist to another. None of them of course know the answer. When I asked second receptionist to transfer me to a CPA or anyone who can give me the answer ,she told me that she can't. I couldn't believe she told it to a potential customer. She was asking me the name of CPA I would like to be transferred to :-) How could I know names of their staff ? Would be helpful if they list them on Google .
