I've been seeing Dr Rothstein since 2010. He has solved at least four or five different problems (I'm 74 years old) that other doctors failed to do. One was an arrhythmia in my heart, One was a rash that wouldn't go away, One was sciatica, and one was BPH. The specialists that I saw in those different areas all fell short of what doctor Rothstein was able to do for me.
Horrible customer service. Horrible staff. I went in to review a shoulder injury. Dr sent me to get annual blood work and an X-ray. I asked the Dr if it was coded as the annual, preventative blood work - he said YES. I got the prescription from the front desk and asked if it was coded as the annual, preventative blood work - she said YES. Fortunately I did not trust them and called cigna. He is just another miserale doctor. Too much to write and nothing good to say. So if you want to save yourself some time move on to the next doctor.
Went for a surgical clearance and he has his new Spanish doctor I have never met and I certainly don’t speak a word of Spanish what a waist of life.
I was not responded to after 3 attempts to reach office staff to renew a prescription, extremely unprofessional apparently Dr is rich and doesn't need patients , runs churning practice to rush bodies in and out for fast cash, then ignores needs .Do not recommend him for any patient who wants to be treated professionally or with any dignity or respect.
Dr. Rothstein has been my primary care doc for many years. He has helped me through some very difficult situations and is always responsive and always cheerful. He makes excellent referrals when needed.He has an excellent staff - they do a great job on getting referrals ready promptly. Dr. Rothstein is a great choice for anyone.
Very thorough and excellent Diagnostic skills.
Dr.Rothstein is a great Doctor,Office staff is truly commited too patients needs. Not many Doctors give the personal care patients need and if you have a problem you call the office and he will return your call same day.They don't make primary care Doctors like him any longer. I would never change my primary care Doctor.He does not double and triple appointments and spends as much time with me tbat I need.Great Doctor.
